SHORT FILM BREATHER

FOR CORPORATE & PROFESSIONALS

A cinematic experience for teams that want more than another workshop.

Most team engagement programmes entertain for a day and disappear by Monday.

Short Film Breather uses the language of cinema to spark conversations that actually stay — about leadership, empathy, communication, and what it means to work alongside another person.

How It Works
  • 01 — Curated Screening A private screening of award-winning short films — national and international — handpicked for your team's theme and context. Every film is vetted for corporate appropriateness.
  • 02 — Live Filmmaker Dialogue Your team hears directly from the creator. The story behind the story opens up something a workshop never can.
  • 03 — Facilitated Debrief A skilled moderator draws the thread from film to workplace — communication, leadership, psychological safety, resilience. A written summary report follows within 48 hours.

90–120 minutes, fully managed cinematic experience — brought to your workplace.

Available Themes

Leadership · Mental Wellness · Team Communication · Gender Equality · Innovation · Creative Resilience

Why It Works
  • For teams A shared film gives colleagues a genuine common reference point — something real to build conversation around, long after the session ends.
  • For HR & L&D Pre- and post-session pulse surveys measure shifts in communication comfort, morale, and openness — giving you data to take back to stakeholders.
  • For leadership Transforms a standard offsite into a culture-building milestone that senior teams actually remember and reference.
  • For your employer brand Positions your organisation as one that values arts, culture, and the human side of work.
